Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be physically returned to us. Once you receive access to a digital file, it remains in your possession permanently. To protect our intellectual property and prevent abuse, we cannot issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases or accidental orders.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Files)

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we will gladly assist you if:

 The file is corrupted or defective: If you are unable to open, use, or access the digital product due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us.

 You received the wrong item: If you were accidentally sent a link to a different product than the one you purchased, we will correct the error immediately.

In these rare cases, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. If we verify that the file is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
